Payment conditions |
20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of the booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by credit card (Visa and AMEX only), check in euros or bank transfer (banking fees to be paid by you).

Cyclone policy: « No shows » will be charged cancellation fees of 100%. Guests extending their stay at the hotel as a consequence of a cyclone will be charged 75% of the public rate for all extra nights spent at the hotel, to be paid at the hotel prior to departure. Guests whose flights and arrival at the hotel are delayed by a cyclone or cyclone warning will be charged for the nights booked, except in the case where both the hotel and the guest are able to extend the guest’s stay to the number of nights originally booked, when there is no additional charge.
